To ensure premium craftsmanship and timely delivery, all orders must be confirmed at least 3 months prior to your wedding date. Last-minute orders will not be accepted.
💰 Payment Policy — 50% Advance Required
A 50% advance payment is mandatory at the time of order confirmation.
Work will not begin until the advance is received. The remaining 50% must be cleared before final delivery.
📐 Measurements & Customization
Clients must provide accurate measurements. Desir Boutique is not responsible for sizing issues caused by incorrect data. We offer guidance to help you measure correctly.
📦 Delivery Timelines
Each outfit is made to order, and completion time varies based on design complexity. Timelines will be communicated at the time of booking and must be respected to ensure timely delivery.
